My name is Jen Brown, and I’m a (2 time)! mom.
I’m a stay-at-home mom (for now) and this IS probably the best job I ever had so far! It is such a rewarding and awesome experience to see your babies grow up and have their many firsts in their life. Their first word, their first step, their first jump etc. I absolutely love it. At the same time, it is not easy, but I am so thankful for my husband, family and friends who have given me so much help & support along the way.
I’m a mom who is super interested (read: paranoid) about making sure that the house is safe for my babies. Like all mommies out there, we take charge of all things big and small in our house. With the babies coming along, it is my duty to make sure that every detail is taken care of so that my children can run around freely at home and not get bumped by some cables or edge of the table.
I also know that I’ll be going back to work one day so I want to make sure that my house is baby/child proof so that it gives me a great ease of mind when I am in my office. Knowing that my baby monitors are setup properly at home, that all my cabinet doors are securely locked, that all the edges of my tables are sufficiently covered, will give me that extra comfort when I’m away from home.
Basically, this blog is made to detail my parenting journey & also give support to other mommies out there! As they say, Safe Baby = Happy Mommy! We hope you’ll enjoy reading our articles and we love to hear from you too!
